PC-BoLC is a transdermal delivery-type recombinant protein in which the MTD skin-penetrating domain is fused to the Light Chain — the active domain of botulinum toxin. It maximizes delivery efficiency into nerve cells to selectively cleave SNAP-25, blocking acetylcholine release to relax excessive muscle contractions for superior wrinkle improvement. Designed using only the active domain rather than the full toxin, it minimizes the possibility of antibody formation (resistance) for stable efficacy even with repeated use.
